When we ask investors "What is the biggest challenge you face in building wealth?" the answer is nearly unanimous- finding high performing properties.
This answer is supported by a recent research project we conducted in which the data suggested that over 97% of real estate investors could or should have made better investment decisions than they had (based on financial performance factors). When we dug deeper into their decision making processes, we found the

A REIA Top Best Buys List is a solution that provides investors with a focused list of the highest performing properties, in a pre-selected area, based on pre-selected investment criteria. With a best buys list, investors can "compare" the reported financial performance betweenmultiple properties in one area at a time before deciding on THE property or properties that could provide them with the highest return on their investment. The list also saves investors time by eliminating the need to drive around looking at properties that could never provided the required return on investment.
