YOU only pay for the activities that you select us to complete for you
YOU pay a $500 retainer (may be waived under certain conditions) fee to secure our services and $150 an hour for activities we complete for you- and the value or type of property has no effect on our fees
YOU receive and pay a monthly invoice that itemizes all our work for that month- knowing exactly what we did for you
YOU save thousands and thousands of dollars by paying an hourly rate versus a percent of the sales price of the property
Sellers will see their savings in higher net proceeds check at closing, or, you can use your savings inside the transaction to get a crashing sale closed
Buyers receive 100% net of all commissions received from the seller's agent as cash after closing or can be used inside the transaction to get a crashing deal closed
